Ocean Bull is a volumising and anti-frizz tonic spray derived from seafoam extracts designed to use in wet cuts and medium to long hair. For barbering, use in place of water for reducing frizz and providing natural-looking volume. As there is no hold, Ocean Bull is safe for coloured hair, extensions, and softens curls and afro hair. How to use: Spray onto hair and use fingers or comb to apply. Allow to dry naturally or blow-dry in.
